The apparatus it two workplaces
, the goinometer on the left is used to measure high-precision
wafers . On the right is crystal bar sticking set . Crystal bar
orientated on the R side it is adjusted by micrometer . Cut angle
is adjusted by goniometer . The apparatus is used mainly for the
model AT , also for BT . In order to adapt to different client's
need , we have designed DX-5A/5B , DX-6A/6B in four types , the
difference is as follows .
DX-5A/5B: crystal bar + x side is sticking
towards up , DX-6A/6B: crystal + x side is sticking towards down .
DX-5B/6B: it is broad material-board model . The crystal bar is
stuck to middle of saw plate to make best the cutter-frame
performance and service life .
